Potlatch Fund formed in 2002 by Tribal organizations and funders to address this disparity, developing and empowering Native leadership and making the best use of tribal resources.
Since then, Potlatch Fund has
- conducted over 300 training workshops
- graduated 52 emerging leaders from an intensive training program in nonprofit management and leadership
- distributed $4.2 million in grants
- honored 70 individuals and organizations for leadership and philanthropy
