At the heart of our organization is a diverse and talented Wolf Pack, united by a shared commitment to making the future of our ancestors dreams. Each member of our pack carry different strengths, wisdom, and values of our ancestors, we bring these gifts forward not just for ourselves, but for the whole. We walk like a pack of wolves, together and committed to each other’s survival. Our mission is not just about strategy or outcomes—it is about imagining a future rooted in cultural truth, care, and collective strength.

What we do

Sharing your stories, supporting your work, and building our collective network is why we are here.

At Potlatch Fund, we believe in the power of community- driven solutions. By providing trust-based, low barrier gifts, we empower Native communities to preserve their cultural teachings, promote economic growth, and create a brighter future for the next generation. We are still learning from, adapting to, and being shaped by the communities and relatives we serve.

We look forward to seeing the work of all of you to uplift our relatives and communities. This is trust-based funding in action – a shared statement of our belief in you.

Where We’re Going

Empowering Native Communities through the Cultural Tradition of Giving

At Potlatch Fund, we are charting a new course. One where success is not just about what we
achieve, but how we achieve it. Where love, care, and cultural integrity are our guiding principles.
Where the behaviors we model today ensure that this organization not only survives—but
thrives—for generations to come.

Because when we live and lead this way, the people we serve will always receive the very best of
what we have to give.
